Before launch, use validated insulated packaging and an appropriate cold-chain courier process. The live site should state confirmed delivery days, geography, cut-offs and what customers should do if a parcel arrives thawed.

Where can I find allergen information?

Each product page provides a dedicated ingredients and allergens section. Replace all prototype entries with verified recipe data before accepting orders.

Can I subscribe?

Not yet. Subscription options can be introduced after products, fulfilment and customer terms are finalised.

Can I buy online yet?
